Don’t Coast Guard regulations supersede state regulations in all US navigable waterways? In that case, all? boats on the water, including kayaks, are REQUIRED to have a white light visible by 1 mile.
Be careful out there. Im in? Fort Lauderdale and we got drunks in 60ft Hatterasses flying around at all hours.
