@tolstoy143 same here man, i got a fly rod set for christmas.
Thanks! I got a fly rod for Christmas and even though I grew up in Maine and knew how to fish using a standard rod I was embarrassed by how perplexed I was by my new fly rod from LL Bean. This was a huge help and I look forward to having my own “A River Runs Through It” moments out in the river.
What brand/model rod and reel are you using? I think I saw the Orvis logo on the rod but not sure.
